A combination of natural essences with a relaxing and calming effect, ideal in times of stress and depression.
Ingredients:
- 10 drops lavender essential oil
- 5 drops chamomile essential oil
- 4 drops cardamom essential oil
- 1 drop cedar essential oil
- 1 drop geranium essential oil
- 1 tsp organic jojoba oil
In a small glass recipient add the essential oils and shake it for the oils to mix well. Then add the jojoba oil and shake again. Leave the oil to rest for one day and for the essential oils to combine, and then use it by applying to the body areas where the pulse is stronger.
