Remedies for a beautiful skin, straight from your cupboards!

If you don't want expensive sessions to maintain your skin healthy and gorgeous, or you simply don't want to use all those products that you know contain harmful ingredients, you can discipline yourself and make your routine at home, with most ingredients already there, in your cupboard!

1. The morning coffee

I am not talking about you drinking loads of coffee, but about the leftovers from the coffee. If you are a fan of ground coffee and you drink it in the morning, don't trow away what's left in the coffee machine, that wet and sticky brown stuff :)). The coffee grounds are a great natural skin scrub . Combining it with olive oil, you can use for dry skin as well.

2. Clean periodically your makeup arsenal

The brushes for your foundation, eye shadow, lipstick are a constant source of bacteria, a favorite for skin infection and pore clogging. So I suggest you wash the arsenal at least once a week with liquid soap and lukewarm water.

3. Use fruits and vegetables in cosmetic as well

A few slices of cucumbers applied on the eyes reduce the tiredness and dark circles under your eyes, the fresh parsley juice or pineapple slices illuminate the skin, citric fruits such as lemons with an astringent effect.

4. Facial massage

This is the most efficient trick in the book for aging and indispensable. The facial massage stimulates blood circulation and improves the firmness of the skin. Start from the chin making your way up to the forehead, using a hydrating cream or a facial serum or oil.

5. Facial sauna

For an authentic facial cleaning, make time for at least once a week for a facial sauna. This is the ideal trick especially for oily, acne skin or clogged. The steam opens up the pores and helps eliminate toxins and impurities. All you need if a pot of boiling water and a bath towel. You can optionally add to the water mint, thyme or/and chamomile or 1-2 drops of essential oil. After 5-15 minutes of steam rinse your face with cold water to close the pores.

6. Cold and short showers

Hot water and a long contact to hot water ages and dries your skin.

7. Exercise

Even if you don't go to the gym or have an exercise routine, you can maintain your shape with a few simple tricks which can become a lifestyle. Give up to take the car every morning, walk as much as you can. Climb the stairs on the tip of your toes. At home, walk as much as you can on the tip of your toes. Dance. Find reasons to get up the chair as much as you can.

8. Avoid sugar, white flour, fried food, fizzy drinks, cigarettes and junk food

All of these will speed up the aging process.

9. Hydrate

The already classic recommendation, and don't avoid it is to drink plenty of water ( still). Better is more than less, for detoxification, no matter what quantities specialists recommend. A hydrated skin from within won't suffer with dryness, wrinkles and other problems.

10. Live beautiful!

Solve your problems calmly, don't let them take over. Keep an open attitude and don't forget to smile like when you were a kid, enjoy people around you. See them more often. Cherish and be thankful for what you have around you, even flora and fauna. Take time to meditate what you want to become, where you want to be and don't waste another day to take initiative.
